This spacious and comfortable studio has evolved from the original “shelter” used by olive pickers. After renovation and rebuilding, while respecting the authenticity of the original building style, it was transformed into a “σπίτι-house” suitable for 2 people. It is the perfect place for a delightful, relaxing, and peaceful holiday.

Asset 1

This cosy accommodation consists of a living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large double bed. The adjacent bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Asset 2

Through a large sliding door, you step onto a wonderful covered terrace with views of the beautiful landscape. You can even admire the sunrise over the sea from your bed. Just a few meters from the studio, you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool at any time of the day, cooling off while enjoying the stunning surrounding views.

Asset 3

Located under the cool shade of a large holly oak, the house remains pleasantly cool even on warm days. For extra comfort, air conditioning is available. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea view from one of the two private terraces: one terrace with a dining table under the oak tree, and a second terrace with sun lounge-chairs overlooking the sea and the mountains.
