Panorama Retreat is a charming Greek holiday home for a maximum of four people. The house offers a perfect balance between comfort and traditional style, overlooking both the mountains and the Ionian Sea, allowing you to be treated to a breath taking sunrise every morning.

The Panorama House consists of three parts:

1. Kitchen: On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, such as a dishwasher, oven, large stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker. From the kitchen, you have direct access to one of the private terraces, where you can enjoy a cosy outdoor meal with views of the sea and mountains.

2. Sitting-room/bed-room: One level down is a cosy living area with two large, comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. This space can easily be transformed into an extra bedroom for guests. Thanks to the open and inviting atmosphere, it is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.

3. Master bed-room: The master bedroom is accessible via an interior or exterior staircase and features its own bathroom with a toilet. This room provides privacy and comfort, as well as a stunning panoramic view, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise over the sea.

Asset 1

From your bed, you wake up to a “panoramic” view of the sea and the Zakynthos coastline. And what’s really fun is that you can step directly from your bedroom into your adjoining private pool. By the pool, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Of course, you are also welcome to use the larger shared swimming pool.

Asset 2

The house has several private terraces where you can enjoy al fresco meals or relax and sunbathe on wooden sun loungers. Around the house, hammocks hang under the old olive trees, where you can drift away while listening to the sounds of nature in the background. In the mornings, enjoy breakfast outside, quietly read a book, relax by your pool, simply lie in the sun or enjoy the shade of the olive trees.

Asset 3

There is a separate bathroom outside, equipped with a luxurious rain shower, perfect for after a dive in the pool. Additionally, there is a separate toilet, which also houses the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, all freely available for use.
